Meet New Image Lifestyles Founders Rich and Kathy Jordan

Rich and Kathy Jordan are no strangers to the challenges and opportunities experienced pursuing their destinies.  Both are self-confessed “peace junkies”, grateful for the adventures which have led them to their current state of abundant life. They firmly believe that wholeness of body, soul, and spirit is possible at any age and they both pursue a dynamic lifestyle fueled by this belief.  It’s never boring!!  Their desire is to encourage people of all ages to embark on their own personal journey of wellness.  They willingly share wisdom gleaned from their life experiences, in addition to educational resources which have inspired them along the way.  This is not a lifestyle for the faint at heart, for, they’ve discovered that the abundant life is not lifted from the surface of conventional thinking; but, rather, is discovered only by those who are curious and courageous enough to search it out. Rich and Kathy have been married since 2002 and  their blended family consists of 7 children, 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild… with more on the way!

Kathy grew up on a multi-generational family farm and has been involved with teaching people of all ages the importance of growing their own food. When she is not in the garden, she loves to spend time in the kitchen. She has been fascinated with nutrition ever since junior high school and is constantly learning how food becomes the “medicine” our bodies need for its health and well being. Kathy is the customer representative for her local farmers market and serves on its board of directors. Kathy graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School located in Fishers, Indiana in 1970. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Indiana University in 1974. One of her life scriptures is found in Proverbs 31:10-14. Here it is from the Passion translation:

10 Who could ever find a wife like this one—
she is a woman of strength and mighty valor!
She’s full of wealth and wisdom.
The price paid for her was greater than many jewels.
11 Her husband has entrusted his heart to her,
for she brings him the rich spoils of victory.
12 All throughout her life she brings him what is good and not evil.
13 She searches out continually to possess
that which is pure and righteous.
She delights in the work of her hands.
14 She gives out revelation-truth to feed others.

Rich is aware that he is the main beneficiary of the truth of these words. He often jokes that he has been a “serial entrepreneur” his entire life with little thought given to caring for his health…that is until his body no longer put up with his neglect.  Several years ago he was required to resort to the use of a cane due to knee pain. That got his attention when all of a sudden he was looking for handicap parking spots! With Kathy’s encouragement he has learned to cooperate with his body in order to discover what it needs for healing. One such discovery came in the form of a newly discovered element called “Carbon 60”. Fortuitously he had been taking this product for about a year prior to having stem cell therapy for his knees and shoulders. His results were spectacular. Thanks to these new therapies he is now able to enjoy many of the sports he had enjoyed years ago… plus a new favorite, “Pickleball”.

Rich’s business career began by selling greeting cards door to door at the age of twelve. In 1968 he founded a manufacturing company in the coatings industry. In the early 80’s Rich founded an energy conservation company that specialized in high tech energy conservation and indoor air quality. From 1987 to 1997 he published the emerging radon industry’s first newsletter appropriately titled “Radon News Digest”. During that period he started a radon contracting company called Radon Environmental Services which repaired more than 8,000 single family homes and commercial businesses www.radonenvironmental.com.

In 2002 Rich and Kathy founded New Image Software, Inc. to develop software for the home inspection, pest control, environmental, and allied service industries www.newimagesoftware.net. Rich and Kathy sold that firm in 2017. New Image Lifestyles is the couple’s latest endeavor. Rich is a licensed pilot holding multiengine and instrument ratings. He graduated from Carmel High School in 1964 and attended Butler University.
